What is TrustAm?
TrustAm puts the market and your bank in one WhatsApp chat. You get your own bank account, and you can find artisans across Nigeria, see their prices, book them and pay them from that account, by typing or sending a voice note.
Do I need to download an app?

Is TrustAm a bank?
No. Your account is issued and your money is held by a CBN-licensed partner bank. TrustAm gives you the account, the chat and the marketplace on top of it.
How do I open an account?
Say Hi on WhatsApp and follow three messages. You need your BVN or NIN. Your daily limit starts at ₦50,000 with just your phone number, ₦200,000 with your BVN or NIN, and ₦1,000,000 once you have verified both, done a face scan and uploaded an ID and proof of address.
When does the artisan get paid?
When you pay from your TrustAm account, the money is held in escrow at our partner bank and released to the artisan when the job is done.
How do I know a provider is good?
You see what each provider charges, and their work, before you book. Reviews can only be left by customers who paid through TrustAm, so every rating comes from a real job.
Does it cost anything?
Opening an account is free and transfers have ₦0 fees. Providers set their own prices, which you see before you pay.
