Create Your Profile
Sign up with your phone number, choose your service category, and build your profile. Add a professional bio, upload portfolio photos of your best work, and select your city. Profiles with 5+ portfolio photos get 3x more bookings.
Set Your Prices
Create service packages with fixed prices, or enable custom quotes for bespoke work. List multiple packages with clear descriptions, pricing in Naira, and estimated durations. For example: Basic Braids (2 hours, from ₦5,000), Box Braids (4 hours, from ₦15,000).
Get Booked
Customers find you through the marketplace, your link-in-bio page (trustamai.com/@yourname), or Quick Enquiries. Accept bookings from your dashboard, manage your schedule, and communicate with clients. Share your page link on Instagram, WhatsApp, and business cards.
Get Paid
When a client confirms your service was delivered, payment is released from escrow to your TrustAm wallet. Withdraw to any Nigerian bank account — funds typically arrive in minutes. TrustAm charges a 5% service fee, so you keep 95% of every payment.
Understanding Escrow
What is escrow and why does it matter?
Escrow is a simple concept: a trusted third party holds your money until both sides are happy. Think of it like putting money in a safe that only opens when the job is done. The buyer knows their money is protected, and the provider knows the money is real and waiting for them.
Without escrow, you'd have to send money directly to a stranger and hope they deliver. Or the provider would have to do the work first and hope they get paid. Escrow removes that risk for both sides. It's the reason you can confidently book someone you've never met before.

What happens if there's a dispute?
Sometimes things don't go as planned. Maybe the provider didn't show up, or the work wasn't what was agreed. Here's what happens:
- 1Open a dispute from your booking page. Describe what went wrong and upload any evidence (photos, messages, etc.).
- 2The provider responds with their side of the story. Both parties can submit evidence.
- 3TrustAm reviews the evidence and makes a decision. This usually takes 24–48 hours.
- 4Resolution: Money is either released to the provider (if service was delivered) or refunded to the buyer. In some cases, a partial refund may be issued.
The key point: your money never disappears. It stays in escrow until the dispute is resolved fairly.

What is it?
Think of Linktree, but made specifically for people who sell services. Every TrustAm provider gets a free personal page at trustamai.com/@yourname. This single page replaces the need for a separate website. It shows your:

Go to your dashboard and tap “Edit Page.” Choose from multiple templates (modern, minimal, bold), pick your brand colors, reorder your sections, and add custom buttons that link to anything (your WhatsApp, price list PDF, or booking page).

Instant Book lets you browse verified providers, choose a fixed-price service package, pay with escrow, and get your service delivered. It is the fastest way to book — no back-and-forth needed. Ideal for standard services like haircuts, cleaning, photography, and more.
What is a Custom Quote?
Custom Quote is for projects that need a conversation first. You describe what you need, the provider sends you a detailed quote with pricing and timeline, and you pay with escrow when you accept. Perfect for bespoke work like event planning, custom tailoring, or interior design.
What is Quick Enquiry?
Quick Enquiry lets you reach providers who haven't claimed their TrustAm profile yet. Send us your requirements and budget, and our team reaches out to the provider on your behalf. Once the provider joins TrustAm, future bookings get full escrow protection.
How does escrow payment work?
When you book a service, your payment is held securely by TrustAm — not sent directly to the provider. The money is only released after you confirm the service was delivered. This protects both parties. All payments are processed through Paystack, a CBN-licensed payment provider.
Is TrustAm free to use?
Yes! Creating an account and browsing the marketplace is completely free. Buyers pay no extra fees. Providers pay a small 5% service fee only when they successfully complete a job and receive payment.
What categories of services are supported?
TrustAm supports 57 service categories including hair braiding, makeup artistry, photography, catering, event planning, auto mechanics, home cleaning, tutoring, fitness training, tailoring, graphic design, plumbing, electrical work, and many more across 13 Nigerian cities.
What if the service isn't delivered?
If a provider doesn't deliver the agreed service, you can open a dispute. TrustAm's team reviews the evidence from both sides and makes a fair decision, usually within 24-48 hours. If resolved in your favour, your money is refunded from escrow. Your payment is always protected.
How do providers get paid?
