About TrustAm
TrustAm is Nigeria's marketplace for verified service providers. From barbers and braiders to plumbers and dispatch riders — we help customers find, book, and pay trusted professionals, with reviews that only unlock after real payments.
We receive hundreds of booking requests every month via WhatsApp, our mobile app, and our website. We need sharp, resourceful people who can take those requests and make them happen — find the right vendor, get them to agree, and see the job through to completion.
The Role
As a Booking Agent, you are the bridge between customers who need services and the providers who deliver them. When a customer submits a booking request or inquiry, your job is to find a qualified vendor, get them to agree to take on the job, and follow up until the job is completed. You earn commission only when the job is done. This is a fully remote, commission-based role — the more bookings you close, the more you earn.
What You'll Do
- Pick up incoming booking requests and customer inquiries from WhatsApp, the TrustAm app, and the website
- Find a qualified vendor who can handle the job based on the customer's location, budget, and service needed
- Contact the vendor, confirm their availability, and get them to agree to take on the job
- Coordinate between the customer and vendor to confirm pricing, scheduling, and job details
- Follow up to make sure the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction
- Track your bookings and report completed jobs to the team
What We're Looking For
- Based anywhere in Nigeria — this is a fully remote role
- Strong communication skills — you can manage multiple conversations at once via WhatsApp and phone
- Resourceful and persistent — you know how to find service providers and close deals
- Smartphone with reliable data — you will use WhatsApp and the TrustAm app daily
- Speaks English and at least one of Pidgin, Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa fluently
- Self-motivated — no one will be looking over your shoulder. You set your own schedule and earn based on results.
- Previous customer service, sales, or dispatching experience is a plus but not required
Pay
50% of TrustAm's Service Fee
TrustAm charges a 5% service fee on every booking. You earn half of that fee. Higher-value jobs = higher earnings.
Milestone Bonuses
Unlock cash bonuses every 5 completed bookings per month. Bonuses grow as you hit higher tiers.

Monthly Milestone Bonuses
Bonuses are cumulative. Hit 25 bookings in a month and you earn all five bonuses (₦57,000 total) on top of your commissions.
Earnings Example
Say you close 20 bookings in a month, averaging ₦15,000 each:
TrustAm fee (5%): 20 x ₦750 = ₦15,000
Your 50%: ₦7,500
Milestones: ₦5,000 + ₦7,000 + ₦10,000 + ₦15,000 = ₦37,000
Total: ₦44,500/month
Bigger bookings (catering, photography, events) mean higher fees and higher commissions for you.
