About TrustAm
TrustAm is building Nigeria's marketplace for verified service providers. From barbers and braiders to electricians and event planners — we help customers find, book, and pay trusted professionals, with reviews that only unlock after real payments.
We launched in 2026 and are growing fast across Lagos. Now we need boots on the ground to bring providers onto the platform, build relationships, and make TrustAm the go-to name for services in every neighbourhood.
The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will visit service providers (salons, barbershops, restaurants, artisan workshops, etc.) across Lagos, sign them up on TrustAm, and ensure they have a great first experience on the platform. This is a ground-level, high-impact role — you will directly shape how fast TrustAm grows.
What You'll Do
- Visit service providers in assigned areas (Yaba, Surulere, Ikeja, Lekki, and beyond) to pitch and onboard them onto TrustAm
- Help providers set up their TrustAm profiles: add services, pricing, photos, and availability
- Distribute TrustAm flyers, stickers, and promotional materials
- Collect feedback from providers and customers to help improve the product
- Track your progress and report daily sign-up numbers to the team
- Build long-term relationships with providers so they stay active on the platform
What We're Looking For
- Based in Lagos (must be comfortable moving around the city daily)
- Confident, outgoing personality — you enjoy talking to people and can sell a vision
- Previous sales or field experience is a plus, but not required — hustle matters more
- Smartphone with data — you will use the TrustAm app daily
- Speaks English and at least one of Yoruba, Pidgin, or Igbo fluently
- Reliable and self-motivated — you can work independently without constant supervision

Base + Commission
