Do I need to set up a shop before any of this works?+
The first sale you record creates your books. You do not fill in a form first — say "i sell two bag of rice 30k" and it is written down. Your shop name, prices and payout bank can be added later, in the same chat.
What if I record something wrong?+
Say "that last entry na mistake, remove am" to delete it, or "sorry na 15k, no be 12k" to correct the amount. You do not need to find the entry or know its number — it fixes the one you just made.
Can my shop assistant record sales for me?+
Yes. Say "add my shop boy make e fit enter sales" and they can write into your books from their own phone. "my staff" shows you who has that access, and you can take it away again at any time.
How does a customer pay me?+
Say "make ngozi pay me 15k" and TrustAm sends a link. When she pays, the money goes to your settlement bank account and the sale is recorded for you — you do not have to write it down twice.
Does it work in Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa?+
All of it.
