1. Jobs at TrustAm: the careers page only

Every role we are hiring for is on our careers page, and you apply there. Applying is free and our team contacts the people it shortlists.

Never pay anyone who offers you a TrustAm job, a "registration fee" for a job, or a job through a WhatsApp message. It is not from us.

2. Have a skill? Earn by listing it, free

If you can do something people pay for (design, tailoring, hair, cleaning, repairs, writing, tutoring and more), list it on TrustAm as a provider. Joining is free; customers find you, book you and pay you through us.

3. Students: the Ambassador programme

Students who share TrustAm on their campus can apply to be ambassadors on our website. Our team reviews each application and replies by email.

Is TrustAm hiring customer service or remote workers on WhatsApp?

TrustAm does not hire through WhatsApp chat. Any open role is listed on trustamai.com/careers, and that is the only place to apply.

Can I work for business owners through TrustAm?

TrustAm is not a job agency. If you offer a service such as customer support, design or admin work, you can list it as a provider and businesses can book and pay you through TrustAm.

Someone asked me to pay for a TrustAm job. Is it real?

No. TrustAm never charges anyone to apply for a job. Do not pay, and tell us on WhatsApp.
