For providers
Selling your service on TrustAm
Free to join, one fee only when you get paid, and your money is released to you when the customer confirms the job. Here is all of it in two minutes.
Joining is free
There is no registration fee, no listing fee and no monthly fee. On WhatsApp, say "I want to offer my service" and the bot sets up your profile: your business name, what you do, your area, a starting price and the bank account we pay you into.
If anyone asks you to pay money to join TrustAm or to "unlock" customers, it is not us.
Our fee: 10%, only when you get paid
You set your price. TrustAm adds a 10% service fee on top, so the customer sees one price that already includes it. You pay nothing when nobody books.
Example: you charge ₦20,000. The customer pays ₦22,000. You receive ₦19,850. The ₦150 is the 7.5% VAT on our ₦2,000 fee.
How and when you get paid
Customers pay through TrustAm. When the customer confirms the job is done, your money is released and paid to the bank account you gave us when you signed up. If the customer does not reply after you mark the job done, it is released automatically after 72 hours unless they open a dispute.
On WhatsApp, type "earnings" to see what is on its way to you.
The terms
The rules for providers and customers, disputes and refunds are in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If a customer disputes a job, our team looks at the evidence from both sides before any money moves.
